Terms of service
These terms cover LoopLlama's services: websites, AI receptionists, automations and related support. Your proposal or order confirms which services you've chosen and what they cost.
Free demo
We build a free demo before you pay anything. If you don't go ahead, you owe us nothing, and we delete the details you gave us for the demo on request.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business: services, prices, hours and policies. The AI answers from what you give us.
- Only ask us to message people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour every opt-out. Every automated message we send includes a way to stop.
- Keep the call-forwarding, WhatsApp and calendar connections we set up switched on, or tell us when you change them.
What the AI does, and doesn't do
The AI receptionist answers practical questions, takes details and books appointments. It doesn't give medical, veterinary, legal or financial advice. It passes urgent matters to the contact you nominate. AI can make mistakes, so we review conversations and fix problems quickly when you report them.
Reviews
Review requests go to every customer, never only the happy ones, in line with Google's and other platforms' review policies.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, the same way you signed up: on WhatsApp or by email to admin@loopllama.co. There's no cancellation fee. Your service runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
What you own
Your domain name, your content and your customers' data belong to you. When you leave, we'll hand over your domain and give you an export of your data and website files. After that, we delete our copies unless the law requires us to keep them.
Liability
We work hard to keep every service running, but we depend on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, telephone networks and AI providers, and can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
